Day 139 - First time back on the treadmill in awhile. Legs are feeling quite fresh.
With 31 days to go, I was considering starting my Mt. Washington training in ernest tonight, but I still need to recover and save something for this weekend's GP race.
Looking forward to the Bedford 12K this weekend to finally get some racing in, after a long stint of not racing...
Got some great tips from veteran Mt. Washington runner, Stavros K., after the Good Times race on Tuesday night. Hoping to put some more sound advice to good use come June 19th.
