Day 141 - It took 141 days, but I've finally figured out the secret to my recent running success.
Before joining GLRR I couldn't break 21 minutes for a 5K, 4 hours for a marathon, or even think about running a 50 miler.
Since joining GLRR, I've run a 5K PR of 17:33, sub 3 hours, and qualified for a 50 miler.
Before joining GLRR I rarely drank beer, ate pizza, or indulged in ice cream.
That is the secret.
