Day 5 was another tough one for me to get in at least 3 miles, but I managed. Fil got in 6 miles at lunch and skated to a win at Janas Rink. Fil's the Ironman of semi-professional atheletes.

Jason - 5 million millimeters (sounds better than 5k).
Weather: Cold getting old.
Planning to run after work with Fil. Here's my chance to put Fil back in his place.
