Day 6 of the Fil and Jason running resolution was uneventful. Fil was able to put in his usual 5.5 miles while the sun was still out AND still have time for lunch. It appears that the only requirement to be a designer is a 7 minute pace and a packed lunch.
Jason on the other hand had to suffer through another run in the wee hours of the evening through the icy streets of Lowell/Dracut. Managed 2.1 miles on the road and another 3.41 on the Dread Mill for a total of 5.51 miles (that's no accident either).
The highlight of the night was definitely throwing back a few cold ones with my running bodies, FF and KG. This is why I run.
Weather: Sucks
Tomorrow may see the end of the 3 mile pact. Work, and then meeting in Boston until late. Stay tuned.
