JFK 50 Miler

June 4th, 2010 - Training - Lowell, MA - 3.5

Day 155 - Late night watching the Celts lose to the Lakers derailed my plans for an early pre-work run.

Post-work run took awhile to warm up, but eventually got the run down to my usual training pace of 7:15's. Left calf a little tight, but that too felt better by the end of the run. Not sure what's causing the malaise, but lack of sleep is probably a major factor.

Boss is away for the next two weeks, which usually means peace and quiet, but lately, it means I have to pick up the slack. Less sleep, more work, and more miserable runs expected until the middle of June.

Need a vacation.

Received a callback. Info session in NYC and interview in Boston is scheduled for the end of the month.

Plan is to run with GLRR group tomorrow morning at 8AM. Scott C. has the keys to the kingdom while El Presidente is enjoying himself down in St. Maarten.
